I have already explained before how important research, due diligence and common strategy is to choose a partner like to be your distributor. In fact the word 'partner' deliberately picked on as a joint responsibility should be considered. Supplier one day "Customer" describes as a distributor will be a sad one of them for selling purposes as misguided.
A Supplier will never control its distributors, and it should not try to do so. However, with thoughtful planning and management, supplier and distributor of much thinking can influence strategy.
A shared vision is important, but often misunderstood the terms of the root is interpreted differently by each party.

First, companies should have a uniform policy for developing business. For example, they both devoted to external sales efforts, they should both spend money on marketing, they should be both a culture of entrepreneurial flair.
